2. Data we collect and purpose

Through the information request form we collect the following data: company name, type of customer, products of interest, estimated volume, email, phone and any message you choose to include.

• Responding to your request for information or a quote and maintaining the resulting commercial contact.
• Managing the commercial relationship with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Sending commercial communications about products and campaigns, only if you consent to it.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the communication is additionally governed by the terms and privacy policy of that messaging service.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request, and on the Company's legitimate interest in maintaining the commercial relationship.

4. Data retention

Data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, once ended, for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities. Where processing is based on your consent, until you withdraw it.

5. Recipients

No data is transferred to third parties except where legally required. It may be accessed by service providers necessary for the Company's operation (web hosting, email, accountancy, transport), acting as processors under the corresponding contract.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to comercial@efsfruits.com or to the postal address indicated, enclosing a copy of an identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

The Company applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
